By comparing to a preprogrammed standard, the machines immediately eject
nonconforming cartons, even while the job continues to run uninterrupted at
speeds up to 40,000 cartons per hour. Our finishing equipment is also capable
of applying labels, security tags, or transfer tape to the cartons at speeds in
excess of 15,000 pieces per hour.
Wait, we're not done yet...
Manufacturing isn't complete without one more quality control step. Specialists visually inspect the finished boxes, before manually packing them into shipping cases, which are then loaded onto our trucks or common carriers for delivery to their final destination.
