All Packaging QA technicians track every defect generated in the production
process, and initiating task forces to reduce defect generation. All Packaging
Company utilizes tools such as Statistical Process Controls (SPC), Six Sigma,
8-D, and is ISO 9001:2000 compliant.
Quality Assurance Specialists
We are exceptionally proud of our All Packaging quality assurance team.
They are all specialists with a high degree of training in their respective areas
of expertise. While every machine operator is responsible to meet our quality
standards, our QA technicians are also checking for correct color, ink density,
registration, scoring, etc., while maintaining detailed defect logs. The result?
Every carton shipped is bulletproof - no exceptions.
