Perfect die cutting, foil stamping and embossing
At All Packaging, we utilize three Swiss-made Bobst high speed die cutters.
These machines bring the latest technology available for accuracy, consistency
and quality. In addition, foil stamping and embossing are performed on the
Bobst cutters. As multiple orders are being die cut, the next jobs are made
ready offline, improving throughput and dramatically reducing production costs.
At regular intervals throughout each job, our operators monitor the cartons for
registration, proper scoring and overall die cut accuracy. |

Superior Dies
The All Packaging die making department uses only the most up-to-date
materials available, including maple board, cutting rule, creasing rule and other
specialized die supplies. In addition to the materials, our die maker also
receives a plotted vinyl and a customer-approved structure produced from the
same CAD file that generated the laser-burned die board. In this way, we
ensure that every die we produce is of the highest possible quality.
