Controller

LOCATION - Aurora, Colorado

All Packaging Company is looking for an energetic and proactive team player to lead our accounting personnel, which includes an assistant controller and four plant accounting positions. This person reports to the Executive Vice President and will work with all senior managers to control and facilitate continuing business growth. The successful candidate will thrive in an atmosphere of fast-moving challenges, rolling up their sleeves and creating change by collaborating with and motivating employees throughout the company.

  • Supervise the activities of all accounting personnel, with a detailed understanding of the processes and assumptions.
  • Function as the Corporate Treasurer and Secretary.
  • Support the development and management of all financial strategy, reporting capability, operations, cash management and payroll.
  • Preparation and analysis of the month-end financial statements and presentation of the financial statements to the top leadership team.
  • Completion and oversight of the month-end general ledger.
  • Create annual budgets and quarterly rolling forecasts.
  • Supervision of customer receivables, payables, customer credit, collections and cash management policies.
  • Review and analysis of production costing data, with reports on variances and trends.
  • Management of company internal controls and supervision of these processes.

Quality Control Technician

LOCATION - Aurora, Colorado

All Packaging Company is seeking one determined, and detail oriented individual to serve as a QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN. In the position you will provide quality control assurance functions for our night shift in all our departments.

  • Inspect, test and monitor current production in accordance with established procedures to assure compliance to required specifications; report findings to appropriate personnel for needed changes, adjustment or place product on hold; confirm specifications; conduct visual and measurement tests; reject and return unacceptable materials.
  • Sorting and rework of suspect materials.
  • Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations and customer requirements.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Communicate and collaborate with supervisor(s) and the different departments.
  • Assist in ensuring fundamental food safety and quality practices are maintained to achieve food safety and quality objectives and to support ongoing improvements of food safety programs.
  • Track jobs through the production process and communicate details to next department shift.
  • Maintains accurate and complete documentation of all work performed for establishment of methods and standards.

Gluer Operator

LOCATION - Aurora, Colorado

All Packaging is looking for an experienced FOLDER GLUER. Only experienced operators should apply. Prior experience with Bobst folder-gluers and as a lead shift operator is preferred. The workload requires flexibility to work overtime as needed.

  • Operator should be experienced in folding gluing of all styles of folding cartons including 4-corner and 6-corner cartons. Routine machine maintenance required as well as coordinating the assignment of crew members and training of new crew members. The ability to understand production instructions and complete jobs based on those instructions is a must.

Warehouse Assistant

LOCATION - Aurora, Colorado

The WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT provides warehouse services through safe, efficient, cost effective and accurate handling of materials using manual labor and standard power equipment. Under minimal supervision executes tasks pertaining to inbound and outbound shipping activities. Tasks range from product tracking, inventory control, and problem solving.

  • Executes tasks in ERP system for finished goods movements.
  • Monitors all dock door activity.
  • Manual labor to include loading/unloading trucks either by forklift or by hand as necessary.
  • Maintains inventory records accordingly.
  • Identifies and distributes priority loads to production floor.
  • Manages shipping of customer orders through the utilization of systems/procedures.
  • Reviews special instructions for customer orders and verifies with production team to ensure instructions were followed.

Laser Die Cutting Machine Operator

LOCATION - Aurora, Colorado

The LASER DIE CUTTING OPERATOR will be responsible for all activities in the set-up, make ready, operation, cleanup and order documentation of the digital die cutting machine for quality cutting of cartons.

  • Efficiently and safely operate laser die cutting machine (Highcon).
  • Review and follow directions on job jacket per job run.
  • Establish make-ready on the laser die cutting machine.
  • Ensure accurate programming of the laser die cutting machine using the computer controls.
  • Perform all necessary quality checks at set arrivals.
  • Checks work-in-progress to assure that it conforms to instructions and production quality standards.
  • Maintains records of daily production.
  • Maintains and performs preventive maintenance program on equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment failure and or product failure.
  • Assist in process improvement/waste reduction techniques.

Die Cutting Assistant

LOCATION - Aurora, Colorado

All Packaging Company is seeking an energetic, self-motivated and reliable Die Cutting Assistant.

  • Assists Bobst Press Operator on set up of press and make ready of job.
  • Stages all materials for next job on press (printed sheets, cutting die, plate and blanking tools, platforms for loading material).
  • Perform pre-make ready duties.
  • Assists Bobst Press Operator in checking sheets while job is running.
  • Takes die cut loads to gluing and stripping staging areas.
  • Assists Bobst Press Operator in routine maintenance.
  • Performs other job duties as assigned.
  • Help maintain organization of plates and cutting dies.
  • Assist in process improvement/waste reduction techniques.
  • Follow all departmental policies, safety rules and procedures.
  • Follow all good manufacturing policies as they related to food safety.
  • Previous manufacturing and/or die cutting experience is helpful, but not necessary.
  • Shift: Monday through Friday 5am to 1pm

General Laborer

  • All Packaging Company is seeking General Laborers to support our manufacturing operations by effectively and safely feeding and/or packing cartons into corrugated cases produced on high speed gluing machines.
  • During the feeding or packing operations cartons must be regularly inspected to ensure the product meets customer specifications.
  • Secondary functions including labeling cases, manually stacking sealed cases onto pallets, removing waste paper from die cut pallets, housekeeping, material handling, assisting the gluing operator and working as assigned.
  • Previous manufacturing and/or printing experience is helpful, but not necessary.
  • Shift: Monday-Thursday 2:00pm to 12:00am, Mandatory to work on Friday if overtime.
