The FTP, or file transfer protocol, is used to connect two computers over the
Internet so that the user of one computer can transfer files and/or folders to
another computer.
FTP Instructions
To gain access to our FTP, you'll need to contact one of our Customer Service Reps listed below who will give
you the address, user name and password.

IMPORTANT: Before uploading your art files, please read our Art Guidelines...
For best results please use a client like Filezilla (for PC) or Fetch (for MAC). The FTP client must be in PASV mode.
Please zip or stuff your files before uploading.
There is no need to create a subdirectory/folder.
Customers have creations rights only. Once you upload your file(s) you cannot delete or download any files.
Customers are recommended to notify us by phone or email of a successful file transfer. This will allow proper tracking
and follow-up by All Packaging Company. All file transfers are archived and removed from the FTP site daily.
