Today big-box retailers are demanding complete packaging mockups for new products
before committing to valuable shelf space. All Packaging Company has
developed a new prototyping process, called ShelfReady, that creates low-cost,
three-dimensional paperboard mockups that are indistinguishable from the final
converted packages.
Getting new product introductions into the hands of their sales force is a second
application for ShelfReady that has grabbed much attention. By producing mockup
prototypes well ahead of actual production, the sales force can be into the market
generating orders and getting customer feedback.
All Packaging's process combines digital prints, specialty laminates and CAD cutting
technologies in ways that create samples that are identical to the actual cartons.
In fact, most viewers will not be able to distinguish the difference from a carton
that has been printed, die cut and glued to a ShelfReady mockup!
